Respect is my foundation. For the individual and for the shared community we build in the workplace. Honesty, clarity, and recognition frame the kind of collaboration I believe in.
My focus is clear: I work with HR to deliver tangible results and visible value to the bottom line. When HR takes responsibility for both people and performance, the entire organization is elevated.
And I believe we should be able to go home happy – at least four days out of five. That’s not a utopia, but the outcome of good leadership and a healthy culture.
