I am a competent and energetic HR specialist with over 20 years of international and hands-on experience across the full HR cycle. I always optimize HR’s contribution to the business – through personal and digital leadership, professional sparring, and effective solutions.
My experience combines strong HR leadership (e.g. as HR Manager, Sr. HRBP, and Interim HRM), commercial mindset from sales, drive from running my own business, and academic grounding as a lecturer in HR and leadership at MBA level. I deliver results both strategically and operationally – with a clear focus on business and people.

2024–present | Associate Professor, Niels Brock & Middlesex University
Lecturer in HRM and leadership on Executive MBA and international programs. I make complex HR theory applicable and practical – for leaders, colleagues, and students. I develop teaching materials, actively work with AI in HR, and help build understanding of HR’s real business value.
2000–2021, 2024–present | International HR Consultant, TRAIN Company (own firm)
I advise leaders, HR managers, and organizations both nationally and internationally. Typical assignments include: strategic sparring, 1:1 leadership coaching, team development, keynotes, training, workshops, and the development of tailored HR and leadership programs. I’ve delivered projects all over the world – from Novo and Nestlé to Volvo and NGOs in Africa.
Work Experience
2022–2024 | HR Manager, Nestlé Denmark
Optimized the full HR cycle, updated KPIs and policies, and ensured high employee satisfaction. Led workplace assessments, relocated headquarters, and managed all HR events. Strengthened ROI and collaboration with external partners.
2021–2024 | Senior HR Business Partner, Nestlé Nordic
Strategic HR sparring for leadership in Retail, Professional, and Production. Built structures, optimized leadership teams, and strengthened business acumen within HR. Implemented AI and HR tech, and prepared the sale of two factories.
2018–2019 | Interim HR Manager, VPK Packaging
Restarted the HR function and carried out a successful turnaround. Drove leadership development, crafted new strategy and KPIs, implemented HR tools, and significantly improved employee satisfaction in 3 months.
